The best Yoga DVD I have tried.

I am recently returned to yoga and know how popular Tara Lee is, so thought of giving this a go. I absolutely love it. Firstly, she is so beautiful to watch and I found it easy to follow her without getting lost. Because she separates the dvd into three sections you can always just do one and the relaxation if short of time. I found this so helpful as sometimes you don't have an hour to do the full practice. What she does though, is start off with practice 1 being more like a warm up for the body and then advancing through 2 and 3 so I would always advocate starting with 1 to ensure your body is warmed up. This is perfect for beginners and I would highly recommend to yoga practitioners of all shapes and sizes.

Give it a go x
