Practice Two: Steadiness and Flow: Meditations and Visualisations 

With regular practice, qigong can start to help us clear mental and emotional baggage that no longer serves us, leaving us less susceptible to triggers, stress and insecurities. In time, these routines can help us feel more stable, grounded and clear. 

 

It is advisable to practice qigong at least three times a week to get the greatest benefits. You can select a practice from the three disks for any time of day that suits you. Enjoy!

Personal favourites of mine are qigong for the 5 elements/ emotions, connecting with the natural world and the animal frolics. Each one of them inspiring and enriching in their own special way, beautifully led by Mimi in her unique, inspiring and gentle way as she clearly guides you through these beautiful forms.

Such a fantastic resource of inspiration and revitalization both as a practitioner and teacher, especially if you find it tricky to make it to her public classes in London, this is surely the next best thing!
