Highly Recommended
Highly recommended DVD. I am an advanced exerciser and have many workout DVDs which I use. For, this reason I can't give sole credit to one DVD. However, each time I do it, I get instant definition in my abs. It is an intense DVD with three sections of 20 minutes each; upper body, lower body and abs. It is a high intensity workout and I would highly recommend it to beginner, intermediate and advanced. I only wish she would make a new one!

It's a Great Workout
Caroline is beautiful and I want her body! Seriously it's a great work out and I'm working hard but I have a 50-year-old body and although fit and healthy she doesn't half rush from one exercise to the next. I'd give this DVD 5 stars, it really is good,.
She explains everything well, is not annoying, does not repeat herself and is encouraging without being patronizing. I like that she is taking over the DVD rather than talking while exercising and she has a lovely voice that matches her body.
All in all, I am pleased this purchase.
